Insurance:

I am not affiliated with insurance panels. However, if requested, I will provide you with a monthly statement of services rendered which may be sent to your insurance company. Be sure to check your insurance coverage carefully to verify you have mental health benefits as I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. The fee will be charged for missed sessions without such notification.
